- 8.30 pm – 9.15 pm : Welcome to the Awards Ceremony and Party at the SPIRITO (Rue de Stassart 18, 1050 Ixelles)
- 9.15 pm – 10.00 pm : Awards Ceremony, discover the winners of the “Agency of the Year 2023” awards.
- 10.00 pm - 2.00 am : Party Time with DJ NRJ Extravadance and DJ KID NOIZE
