- 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm : Life debate with Jury members and the finalist agencies at the UGC Toison d'Or (Av. de la Toison d'Or 8, 1050 Ixelles)
- 8.30 pm – 9.15 pm : Welcome to the Awards Ceremony and Party at the SPIRITO (Rue de Stassart 18, 1050 Ixelles)
- 9.15 pm – 10.00 pm : Awards Ceremony, discover the winners of the “Agency of the Year 2024” awards.
- 10.00 pm - 2.00 am : Party Time with DAVE LAMBERT and HENRI PFR
