Nonante Folies is the story of a group of bon vivants eager to bring Belgian dining traditions back into the spotlight. In the land of authentic carbonade, celebrating with local products and good company is essential. With that spirit, the group is reinventing the codes of the Belgian brasserie with a grand venue opening at the Brussels Stock Exchange in June 2025.

Founded by two entrepreneurs passionate about great shared meals, Maxime Grell and Ludovic Chevalier, Nonante Folies has a clear mission: to create places that embody Belgium, serve the classics of local gastronomy, and showcase the craftsmanship of the Low Countries.
