From Apple to Saint-Émilion "Redefining the Grand Cru"
Thursday, October 23rd – 6:30PM to 9:00PM
The Merode - Place Poelaert 6, 1000 Brussels
First come, first served.
An Exclusive Encounter
On October 23rd, we’ll welcome Laurent David, the former Apple executive who helped launch the iPhone across Europe — and who today is reinventing Bordeaux winemaking at Château Edmus, his boutique Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
Certified organic, biodynamic, and B Corp, Château Edmus is anything but traditional. Think bold, precise wines made with sustainability at heart — and a vintner who isn’t afraid to experiment with drones, blockchain, and even dealcoholized grand crus.
This intimate tasting will feature a selection of Edmus wines while Laurent shares his story: from Silicon Valley to the vineyards, from tech to terroir, and from Apple to Saint-Émilion. His mission? To make wine cool again — and to use innovation in service of community, ecology, and beauty.
Stay for the Magic
We start off with a welcome at 6:30 PM, followed by the conference at 7:00 PM, followed around a moment to share some Grand Cru, concluding around 9:00 PM.
But as always with the MM Wine Club, what truly matters is the connection. We invite you to stay, enjoy, and let the ideas keep pouring long after the last glass.

Why this? Why now?
That’s the spirit behind the second evening of the MM Wine Club — Media Marketing’s initiative to bring our community together, in real life, over a shared love of wine and good conversation.
We never know what might happen when we meet new people.
Sometimes, it’s the beginning of a friendship. Sometimes, it’s a great laugh. And sometimes — well, sometimes, it’s the start of the biggest business deal of your life.
That’s why the MM Wine Club was born.
It’s about creating space to connect, to share, and to celebrate the vibrant community around Media Marketing.
This is just the beginning.
We’d love to see you there.
Let’s raise a glass to what happens when good people come together.
